SENDLER & COMPANY advises on the development and completion of a portfolio of ten residential and mixed-use projects with a total area of ​​more than 200,000 square meters in the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul. The projects are in different stages of completion.

Whilst half of the construction sites were under construction freeze for up to 4 years, especially the resumption of work and the orderly completion in cost, time and quality framework is the challenge.

The remaining projects have been developed, awarded and marketed. SENDLER & COMPANY supports the German-Turkish consortium with the German developer EURABAU. In addition to the structural completion, the group is responsible for structuring and securing the financing of the construction volume totaling around EUR 300,000 million.
